Please send in this page with the titles of the books you have chosen. Better yet, download the entire Order Form with this page and fill out the exact amounts as requested.
A Note about How Long It Takes . . .
Packages go through The U.S. Postal System. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery, although most packages do make their destinations within 2 weeks. The speediest way to receive your order is to send a cashier's check or money order. These orders are sent out A.S.A.P. Personal checks are held 10 days for clearance. Call me, if you want to know additional charges for PRIORITY MAIL or OVERNIGHT so that you may add those services to your BookList Order Form.
A Note about Foreign Orders . . .
All Canadian orders go out by Air Mail and First Class and insured and should have 15% added to cover this extra expense. For all other foreign orders, send in your order without a check. Then wait for my response for the exact amount to send by Surface or Air Mail and insured. All foreign orders must be accompanied by a cashier's check in United States dollars that does not take additional funds for me to cash! Be sure to check with your bank when you get the check.
A Note about Shipping Costs . . .
Handling, packaging, and shipping costs go up continually. GetWell prices are already low. I ask you, therefore, please, to fill out the last part of The BookList Order Form carefully, to include the shipping costs on all books, audio tapes, and videos. Please do not get in the habit of leaving out the shipping! A very few speciality items say: Postpaid, and you do not add shipping costs to these. Otherwise, you do add shipping to all orders at the end of The BookList Order Form. You cannot go wrong if you send in this last page 19 of The BookList Order Form. You will receive another BookList Order Form when your order arrives.
The GetWell Return Policy . . .
A book may be returned within 14 days for a refund, as long as it is as new as when it left The GetWell Office. Shipping and handling expenses will be withheld. The audio and video tapes are not refundable; however, any defective tape will be replaced when sent in. A product is seldom found faulty! In that unlikely event, please contact me before returning it, as some products go back to where they are drop-shipped; and some must be returned to me at The Barn. Please, Do Call Me . . .
