THE IDEAL DIET... 1823 - Century 21
In 1823, The Superlative, Alternative Health Care System of Natural Hygiene was born. The 10 Energy Enhancers with The Ideal Diet were formalized from 1990 - onward in V. BidWell's teachings to make Hygiene easy and fun to follow:

After spending 16 years as a Health Educator, let me make these recommendations: THE IDEAL DIET... FOOD GROUPS
THE IDEAL DIET is defined as... "Fresh, wholesome fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, in their uncooked, whole, natural state, taken in modest amounts and proper combination, while The Health Seeker is in a state of relaxation and Emotional Balance."
FOOD GROUP #1: FRESH & DRIED FRUIT
FOOD GROUP #2: RAW, WHOLESOME & NON-TOXIC VEGETABLES
FOOD GROUP #3: FULLY SPROUTED GRAINS & LEGUMES
FOOD GROUP #4: UNROASTED, RAW NUTS & SEEDS
(Meals may very: All fruit meals or all vegetable meals, with at least 2 - 4 ounces of nuts per day. Each meal should be properly combined according to the digestive capacity of the body. THE STANDARD AMERICAN DIET... In 1991, "the good-old Basic 4 Food Groups" promoted by the United States government since 1956 were replaced with The Eating Right Pyramid below. At that time, the Surgeon General announced: "Diet-related disease accounts for 68% of all death in America." Hygienists put that estimate closer to 90%! The disproportionate consumption of foods high in animal protein, fats, refined sugar, and chemicals is crippling and killing off The American People.
